Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 255/35ZR19 XL (96Y) Streetable Track & Competition Tire 67423

As a seasoned tire technician, I can tell you the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 in the 255/35ZR19 XL (96Y) configuration is engineered for one purpose: blistering track performance that you can still drive home. This isn’t just a tire; it’s a statement for serious enthusiasts pushing the limits of their high-performance vehicles. With its advanced Bi-Compound Technology, the Pilot Sport Cup 2 delivers exceptional dry grip, precise steering response, and unwavering stability through high-speed corners, translating directly into faster lap times and an exhilarating driving experience.

The “XL” designation signifies extra load capacity, while the impressive (96Y) speed rating confirms its capability for extreme speeds, far exceeding typical road limits – perfect for a dedicated track day. However, it’s crucial to remember that as a Streetable Track & Competition tire, its optimal performance is in dry, warm conditions. It is not designed for cold temperatures, snow, or significant standing water, where grip levels will be severely compromised. Choose the Pilot Sport Cup 2 when uncompromising performance on asphalt matters most.
